Double Room to rent for short term stays of up to 4 weeks. €340 per week for one person and €400 for two sharing. Reduced rates for stays longer than one week.
One other person living in the apartment, who is happy to help you with any info you need about the city and speaks French, English and Spanish.
The apartment is a typical Catalan attico in the heart of the Borne area of the Old City and within walking distance of the beach of Barcelonetta.

The apartment is on the top floor of historical building right beside Santa María del Mar Church.
One minute around the corner from the Passeig del Borne and the Picasso Museum in the heart of the Ribera district in medieval Barcelona.
Just 10 minutes walking to the Beach at Barcelonetta, the Ramblas, Barcelona´s Catedral, Catalunya square, Ciutadella park and the Arc de Triomph are all around 10 minutes walking too.
5 minutes walk to the Jaume I metro station with good connections to everywhere.
